No. All procedures performed at Sai Upchar Kendra are completely non-surgical, external, and injection-free. We use conservative manual mobilization, spine alignment, traditional bone-setting maneuvers, and posture education.

Many mild to moderate disc bulges and muscular compensations respond positively to conservative spinal decompression, gentle distraction, and core alignment. However, manual therapy does not physically replace a degenerated disc, nor can it treat emergency spinal cord compression. We review imaging (MRI/X-ray) during your initial evaluation to determine if manual care is safe for your specific condition.

Every patient's response depends on the duration of symptoms, age, occupational demands, and spinal flexibility. Recent muscle strains may improve in 1 to 3 sessions, whereas chronic postural conditions may require a structured plan of several visits combined with daily home posture exercises. We do not make false guarantees of permanent cures.
